The ants were moving their cargo <em>away</em> from the nest entrance. It is not known if the earwig had been previously scavenged by the Pogos (as a <a href="http://www.davidlouisquinn.com/pogolumina_feedingInfo.htm"><span class="glossLinkSm">potential food source</span></a>), or if it just wandered into the nest, and was killed by the ants... </div>
